About the System

The Web-Based Student Performance Analytics and Early Warning System for Trimex Colleges is a BSIT Capstone Project developed for Trimex Colleges – Biñan, Laguna.

The system provides a centralized platform for managing academic information while emphasizing timely identification of students who may need academic assistance.

Rather than waiting until official grades are released, the system supports ongoing monitoring so that faculty can intervene and students can take action while improvement is still possible.

Specific Objectives

The system is designed to accomplish the following objectives:

✓ Develop a web-based system for recording and managing student academic data.
✓ Analyze grades, attendance records, and academic progress through dashboards and reports.
✓ Identify academically at-risk students using predefined indicators such as low performance, poor attendance, and declining performance.
✓ Generate academic monitoring notifications for students through automatic system rules or authorized faculty action.
✓ Provide monitoring tools and reports that support timely academic intervention.
